This was the final project for ID 101, Introduction to Interior Design.

For this project, we were asked to create a unique and innovative new design for a prototype hotel room. The room had to accommodate at least two people, include a bathroom that was larger and more luxurious than typical chain hotels, offer plenty of seating, and be equipped with a coffee bar, microwave, small refrigerator, and sink.

The requirements for this project were:

  • Floor plan with furniture and color rendering at ¼" scale
  • An isometric view or one point perspective color rendering
  • Millwork detail with color rendering at ½" scale
  • Furniture and finish samples and furniture pictures on presentation boards

Below are the design boards I produced for this project. Clicking on them will take you to larger interactive versions.
